Republican State Representative from Ocala, Dennis Baxley says he’s pleased with the budget process in Tallahassee, though he admits the economy has taken a toll on a wide variety of workers in the state. Baxley talked with WUFT-FM’s Lisa Stengel.

Rep. Baxley is running for re-election in the newly formed District 23. Florida House District 23 includes most of Marion County including the cities of Ocala, Citra, Anthony, Salt Springs, Silver Springs Shores and Belleview.
